What I built
Designed, built and launched the whole product on my own — no outside funding and no team — covering the booking flow, admin tooling, hosting and deployment.
How it earns
Bootstrapped from the first line of code and taken to a paying product, so the engineering decisions were also the business decisions.

The opportunity
Plants and flowers are living stock sold against dates that cannot move — a festival, an anniversary, a housewarming. When the storefront cannot see what is actually in stock and operations cannot see what has been promised, the business loses either the order or the margin.
What I built
An online storefront solution for plants, flowers, gifting and gardening-related services — and the complete IT solution behind it, so one system carries the catalogue, the orders and the day-to-day running of the business. Next.js front end on a Laravel back end.
How it earns
Bootstrapped and self-funded, monetized directly through the business it serves — every feature has to answer for whether it sells.

Bunkering teams spent their days on manual follow-ups and time tracking, and procurement decisions were made without a forward view of profit and loss.
What I built
Led development of a SaaS platform that automates follow-up and time-tracking workflows, plus a predictive P&L engine that reads real-time market data and current decision parameters to forecast profit and loss before a deal is committed.
Why it matters
Fleet operators make procurement calls on data instead of instinct — and the team gets its hours back.
